That includes the correct version, creating your chart of accounts, connecting your bank and credit card feeds, and showing you the layout. Starting clean from the beginning saves time and frustration later on. You’ll not be guessing at categorizing income, keeping track of expenses, or running easy reports—our team will take care of it. When the setup is completed, we’ll be available for ongoing monthly bookkeeping or questions as needed.

Don’t worry. We deal with cleanups all the time. From uncategorized transactions, duplicate entries, and unreconciled months, we will work on your current setup and get it back on track. We will review your file, see what needs fixing, then correct mistakes, organize your accounts, and reconcile everything so the records reflect what is actually going on. We will instruct you on what you actually need and how to record invoices, record payments, reconcile accounts, and generate reports. We break it down with no jargon and make the session relevant to the running of your business. If you’re starting from scratch or just need a refresher, we will get you up to speed with the system.

QuickBooks is appropriate for the majority of small and medium-sized businesses, but it is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We will help you decide if it is the solution for your business and recommend the appropriate edition, be it QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
